My goal is to have photos loaded within 24 hours after the end (5pm) of each Santa day. If it has been more than 24 hours since the end of your visit day and you don't see your photos, please email selina@ihanaimages.ca
Simple steps to retrieve your digital images:
1. If you don't have an account already, create one. This saves all of your images and orders in one spot.
2. Add your free digital downloads to your shopping cart. (All of them! No need to choose a favourite.)
3. Proceed to checkout. Your downloads will be ready immediately after completing checkout.
4. If you want to order prints, I recommend creating a separate order for these, especially if you are paying by e-transfer. Combining print and digital orders may delay the availability of your downloads.
