Student photos will be done in Salmon Arm on November 8th, in a sheltered greenhouse environment.
The time showing on your booking is the start of a half hour time block. You can show up any time in that half hour block, and your photos will only take a few minutes. When the time block fills, another one will be added.
If you had photos done by me at your school this year, you can skip the individual photos and come for just group photos.

Cancellation policy:
Minimum of 72 hours notice - A $20 administrative fee will be billed per order. (Not per student.) The remaining amount will be refunded.
Within 72 hours of the appointment time - A $20 administrative fee will be billed per order, PLUS 25% of all booking fees.
Within 8 hours of the appointment time - A $20 administrative fee will be billed per order, PLUS 30% of all booking fees.
No-shows will be charged a $20 administrative fee plus 50% of all booked services to cover my time. Don't forget!
Bookings may be transferred to another person during the same time with the photographer's approval.
If photo day needs to be cancelled due to force majeure or circumstances on my end, you will receive a full refund.
Late arrivals and no-shows:

Just like school photos, you may have to wait a few minutes while another family has their turn, but this set up allows you a little more flexibility than a rigid booking time does, and flexibility is important when it comes to getting kids out the door. All that to say, this structure ensures that you shouldn't be late. ;) If you arrive late for your time block and I have another block after you, you can wait until those families have finished. If I don't have another time block after yours, and I have already packed up, you will miss out and be considered a no-show.
